Indy Partnership has been honored with the national “Excellence in Research Projects Supporting Business Development” award from the Council for Community and Economic Research (C2ER).

For the second time in seven months, Indy Partnership, Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, and Duke Energy Indiana Economic Development are joining forces to present a united message during their meetings with executives in Germany and Britain. That message is explaining why Indiana is far exceeding all other Midwest states in direct foreign investment.

Paula VanDeVanter, business development manager for Indy partnership, has recently completed Session II of the Economic Development Institute conducted by the University of Oklahoma in Indianapolis.

Top executives from the largest and most visible retailers and consumer goods manufacturers in the world are in Florida this week for the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) national logistics conference. Indy Partnership Senior Business Development Director Scott Fulford is there promoting the advantages of locating new or expanded operations here, with the goal of attracting new jobs and investment to communities throughout the 10-county Indianapolis region.
