Shelby County is located in the Southeast section of the Indianapolis Region. Shelbyville is one of the key communities located here, and Shelby County, Shelbyville, and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology have come together to create the Impact Partnership. This alliance will help to train the next generation to technology leaders. 

The Impact Partnership was created for: 

  • Shelby County youth, it provides pathways to explore careers in science and technology.
  • Rose-Hulman students, it provides new avenues to strengthen their skills in the work place.
  • Engineering, science and technology industries as it provides a chance to invest in intelligence and provide a community that embraces future employees.
